Supporting Liverpool is seriously bad for your health.  A tie the reds could have finished before half time went the distance thanks to a combination of the woodwork, a touch of brilliant Barcelona goalkeeping and some nervy shooting.

When the draw was made, football ‘experts’ around Europe predicted the end of Liverpool’s European campaign.

These experts - always forgetting one minor detail.

We are Liverpool.

Barcelona insisted that they were happy they drew us - they preferred us - here’s the link to that story back in December last year.
