Our top scorer, Fernando Torres, looks set to miss the Merseyside derby next weekend after injuring his right leg whilst away with the Spanish national side.
The news will be a big blow to the reds and Rafa as they aim to get revenge for last year’s humiliating loss at Goodison Park.
The Spaniard will be out for around 10 days after suffering muscular damage in a training session on Friday - Spain take on Denmark in a Euro 2008 qualifier.

I knew it was gonna happen!! It is a big blow 4 us.We will struggle without him. I wish him a speedy recovery!!
