New Liverpool reserve boss John McMahon will get his opportunity to take a Liverpool XI side, generally comprised of reserve players, in to action in three pre-season friendlies this summer.
Welsh side Aberystwyth Town will be celebrating their 125th Anniversary with a match at the Park Avenue Stadium, before the reds travel to Notts County. The side will then finish up with a game away at Bristol Rovers.
