Despite cancelling my subscription for Broadband since last April Setanta have still been debiting my account. I am not sorry to see them go into administration

I’m glad that Shitanta have gone into administration. The company is an absolute shambles. Of course I feel sorry for the 200 redundant staff – but not the customer service department. I must have spoken to each and everyone of them at some point in an attempt to cancel my subscription over the course of 6 months. I don’t know if they were trained to be incompetent but it felt like it.
