Liverpool have agreed a £3M fee with Heereneven for Moroccan 24 year old winger Oussama Assaidi.
Subject to completing a medical the player will become Brendan Rodgers third Liverpool signing and take the clubs summer spending to just under £30M.
With both Dirk Kuyt and Maxi Rodriguez amongst the departing players this summer, signing a player who can fill in for both wings should be a major boost to options for the Liverpool squad.
The Moroccan international has grabbed 20 goals in 68 games for the Dutch club.
