Fernando Torres mopped up a hat-trick within 17 minutes in today’s opening game for Spain v New Zealand in the Confederations Cup.
With goals in the 6th, 13th and 17th minutes Torres put the game past New Zealand very early on. Nando was substituted off after 70 minutes.
Great goals. Complete striker. Loyal to the club. We’re very lucky to have hime.
The first goal was ace!
I’m a Kiwi who’s also a huge Reds fan, so while on the one hand I was gutted we got smashed, on the other was stoked to see Torres put home three class finishes.
