Against Reading, Spearing was ready to come on with 10 minutes to go. Aqualini was out on his feet and missing tackles. Spearing was not introduced and we eneded up conceeding after Mr Aqualini missed a tackle and failed to get back. Ball should never have got as far as the box to give the peno away. Against Stoke, we should have made a straight swap, Pancheo for Ngog and keep two up front. By withdrawning a forward and flooding midfield, we invited their big defenders to come up the pitch. They were pushing and leaving space behind their defense. Pancheo would have exploiting this. have been saying it for a while now, but its time to put more faith in the young players in the panel.
