REDS MOVE FOR STRIKER
According to reports on Merseyside, Liverpool have made an official offer for Craig Bellamy - at the £6 million level believed to be in Craig's Blackburn contract. The player is believed to be worth £12 million, but the £6 million rate is only available to teams before the end of June. The volatile 26 year old is believed to have been a Liverpool supporter when he was younger - (aren't they always.... - Ed), and the prospect of Champions League football is sure to interest him.
