17th July 2007	Werder Bremen 2-3 Liverpool

	Switzerland
	Gerrard and Agger got the goals on Yossi Benayoun and Ryan Babel's Liverpool debuts (Report)

21st July 2007	Peterborough United 0-0 Liverpool XI
	(Mark Tyler Testimonial)
	Mark Tyler, the Pompey keeper, kept a clean sheet as a reserve Liverpool side drew 0-0.

Barclays Asia Trophy Tournament
24th July 2007	South China 1-3 Liverpool (1.15pm UK time)
	(Barclays Asia Trophy, Hong Kong)
	John Arne Riise, Xabi Alonso and Daniel Agger ensure the reds reach the final on Friday (Report)
27th July 2007	Liverpool 0-0 Portsmouth (Final) (lost 4-2 on pens)
