Peter Crouch is in discussions with Liverpool about extending his Liverpool contract.
The reds striker has struggled to hold down a regular first team place but remains in manager Rafa Benitez’ plans for the future.
Benitez said:
“We have been talking about a new contract with Crouch and the player has told me that he wants to stay.
“The agent was talking to Rick Parry and said that the player wanted to talk.”
Crouch is one of the few players that can come up with the unexpected at Anfield and he has more technical ability than two or three others playing before him,he does,nt give the ball away easy which has become a bad habit with most now.Regretably i cant see much success on the horizon
I hope Peter signs because I really feel he’s been underused this season why?Peter gives and has given us the advantage many times this season when we’ve been struggling mostly in Europe and I just hope he stays for the reason’s given…
