Here's some snippets of his interview:

Klopp: 'I am back in the race - this is one of the biggest clubs in the world.'

'This situation is not so difficult as many in this room believe. It is not perfect but it is a good moment to be here.'

'It's really important that the players feel the difference from now on. It's important to change from a doubter to believer.'

'Stop thinking about money. Only think about football.'

Klopp asked whether last time he was at Anfield he thought he may one day manage Liverpool. Wry smile, nods and says 'Yes. I'm a lucky guy'

'I want to see the first step next week. We have great players, strong players, flexible, creative. Now everything is different.'

'Full throttle football. It will be full throttle football. It's not so bad. Let's start to work.'

'This is surreal. Of course it is. Last night we signed the contract. This morning I'm manager of Liverpool FC.'

'We don't have a pre-season. It is very different. But it's not important. I believe in the potential of this team.'
