Liverpool completed their summer tour of Asia and Australia with a 3-0 win over a Thailand XI.

The reds sported their new away kit for the game, and it was Coutinho who provided another spark of inspiration to set the reds off on the patch to victory with an early goal.

He turned provider after the break - creating a goal for Iago Aspas who has had a relatively good start in the Liverpool shirt.

Club Captain Steven Gerrard delighted the overseas LFC fans by scoring on the hour to seal a comprehensive 3-0 victory.

There was time for a half-hour cameo from speculation-engulfed Suarez who went close with a strike that returned off the crossbar.

Liverpool now return home to finalise their preparations for the beginning of the Premer League campaign in less than 3 weeks.  Steven Gerrard's testimonial game against Olymiacos at Anfield is the next game on the reds fixture radar.
