After last night’s Texas district court move put the halt on Liverpool’s sale, the reds went back to the High Court today.
The Texan lawsuit was exposed as inaccurate, and having no jurisdiction over the sale of an English Football Club. Tom Hicks had neglected to note fully the fact he had lost earlier in the day at the British High Court.
After over 3 hours of discussion at the High Court (Hicks and Gillett’s barristers failed to turn up), Justice Floyd ruled for the second time in 2 days on a matter concerning Liverpool FC.
The Judge was clearly angered by the fact that Hicks lawsuit in Texas was a pre-planned move that he hadn’t discussed in the High Court on Tuesday. He also said their petition was ‘impoverished’.
In his summary he said that
This case has nothing to do with Texas.
He awarded an anti-suit injunction, and gave Hicks till 4pm tomorrow (10am Texas time) to comply with the order.
Failure would mean that Hicks could be tried under criminal charges for contempt of court.
what a night for LFC it will chear the the lads up for sunday agent chealse.

To all human beings, please feel and understand the pain that this man and the other C*** have put onto normal working people who see Liverpool as a way of life! people of liverpool, people everywhere where ever you live, the club as a whole, at times its hard to keep feelings in check, but i just cannot explain how great is going to feel when bad things happen to another man called tom hicks, he is pure evil.
so i ask Liverpool club to rid this man and hope we all move on..ynwa

H&G were wounded and succeeded in one last bite and scare. Now I believe this may have worked in our favour (meaning I am a true red). If they had gone quietly then attempted once the sale had gone through to NESV to then claim damages for a lower sale; they might have had a chance. Now however they have made themselves look sad, desperate, ridiculous & to be brutally honest downright childish.
