After last night’s stoppage-time equaliser from Tom Hicks in the Texan court, Liverpool today appointed Dallas lawyers to get the TRO (temporary restraining order) lifted over in Texas.
However Liverpool are also set to return to the High Court later today (2pm) in front of Justice Floyd to overturn the Texan court decision.
Meanwhile it is being reported that Mill Financial, parent company is Springfield Financial have taken over Tom Hicks’s stake in Kop Investment LLC based in Delaware.
Rather than continuing to speculate on hearsay we will wait for further significant developments from the club or the courts.
